Are you passionate about animals and looking for a rewarding role in pet care?

We're expanding our Team and looking for Service Partners across all areas of London and the Home Counties, including Kent, Essex, Surrey, Hertfordshire and Buckinghamshire.

Who We're Looking for

 
​Person Specification:
​
  • Experience looking after animals, or already a responsible pet owner. 
  • Reliable, professional and trustworthy.​
  • A genuine love for animals and a caring attitude.
  • Ability to work with cats and small animals confidently, and handle dogs of all breeds and sizes.
  • Must have a friendly and approachable manner. 
  • Must demonstrate the ability to build trust and foster positive relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and use own initiative.
  • Willingness to travel.​

Requirements:
​
  • Must be 21 years or older.
  • Must be able to speak and understand English fluently to ensure clear communication with Customers and their pets.
  • Ability to convey information clearly and professionally is essential, whether in person, over the phone or written communication.
  • Some of our services include walking distances, so a certain level of fitness is essential to ensure you can carry out the duties effectively and safely.
  • Access to reliable public transport or your own transportation.
  • Must provide a background check (DBS), an employee reference check and sign a Service Partner Agreement.
  • Must  attend a Pet First Aid Course (details provided upon applying).
  • Must provide consistent availability to take bookings in your local area including weekends and Public Holidays.
